GIFUN (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") values your personal information and complies with relevant laws and regulations, including the "Personal Information Protection Act" and the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection". Through this Privacy Policy, the Company informs you of the purposes and methods of using the personal information provided by the user, and the measures taken to protect personal information.

This policy applies to the PFP Studio (hereinafter referred to as the "App") service.

1. Device Permissions (Access to Photos/Media/Files)
   • Purpose: To load images and videos within the device for profile editing and to save the edited results.
   • Specifics: This App processes users' images and videos only internally on the device (On-Device) and does not transmit, collect, or store them on the Company's external servers.
2. Advertising Identifier (ADID) and Device Information
   • Purpose: To provide customized advertisements and analyze service usage statistics (using Google AdMob).
3. Payment Information
   • Purpose: To process in-app premium (PRO) product payments and purchase restorations.
   • Specifics: Payments are processed through the Google Play billing system, and the Company does not directly collect or store users' financial information (such as credit card numbers).

Article 2 (Provision and Entrustment of Personal Information)

In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, to provide smooth services and for monetization, the Company uses the following external third-party services, and some information may be processed according to the policies of those services.

  • Information provided: Advertising Identifier (ADID), device and network information.

Article 3 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

1. Image and Video Data: As it is processed only within the device, the Company does not retain it. It is destroyed along with the app data on the device when the App is deleted.
2. Purchase History: Retained and managed according to the policies of the Google Play platform.
3. Advertising Identifiers: Users can stop providing information by opting out of customized ads or resetting the identifier in their device settings.

Article 4 (Users' Rights and Methods of Exercise)

Users can revoke the App's permissions (such as storage access) or opt out of receiving customized ads at any time through their smartphone's device settings menu.
